Consultation paper

This consultation paper introduces the key concepts of e-learning and includes a brief background about the social care sector, including the opportunities and constraints, the strategic context in the UK and our stakeholders and potential partners. It focuses on key action areas and outlines draft action plans for the development of e-learning.

Throughout the document we have included suggested questions for consultation. These questions are brought together in a separate questionnaire, which also allows for additional comments.
