9 Action plans

  1. The action areas outlined above are interdependent, but require differently formulated plans in different parts of the sector. Hence we have considered e-learning in social work higher education and e-learning in the wider social care workforce as two separate elements in our plans. Negotiating the interface between higher education and the workforce is a critical part of the sector-wide approach. It poses one of the main challenges to the strategy, and it also offers some of the biggest potential advances.
